UGC Toimisto is a Finnish done-for-you UGC agency that sells three fixed-price video packages to brands and handles creator matching, scripting, filming, editing and revisions in-house. Its positioning is regional: the site advertises native Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish speaking creators rather than English-language or dubbed content. Unusually for a managed service, complete package prices and per-video unit rates are printed on the homepage — but the site does not sell online: each package's "Get an offer" button opens a "Book a Call" modal wrapping a Google Calendar appointment scheduler, and the separate quote form at /proposal redirects back to the homepage until you have shortlisted at least two creators from the public directory. Roster size is stated inconsistently on a single page: both the English and Finnish heroes render "527+" (a live count drawn from the vendor's creator database), while a section further down the same page hard-codes "523+", the /en/creators title tag says "523+ Creators" above a header reading "527 UGC creators available", and a card inside that directory offers to "Open the full 1000+ vetted creators list" — all of these are the vendor's own figures. The operating company is named in the privacy policy as Kirina Solutions Oy (Nuottaniementie 7A, 02230 Espoo, Y-tunnus 3209839-9); the site footer gives the location as Helsinki. A separate page at /b2b, published only in Finnish and absent from the navigation and footer, sells a white-label B2B testimonial-video package to web agencies at €2,950 marked "alv 0 %" (ex-VAT).

  1. Fixed-price campaign packages

Three packages published on the homepage — Starter €2,400, Sprint €4,700, Scale €7,200 — each card printing its own per-video rate (€480 / €470 / €450), so the volume curve is visible before any call.

  2. Nordic-language creator roster

Marketed as "Real Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish speakers - not American influencers pretending to know 'Scandi vibes.'" Roster size is the vendor's own claim and is stated inconsistently: the hero renders "527+" while a section lower on the same page says "523+".

  3. Browsable creator directory with quote basket

Public listing at /en/creators with language, gender and age filters and 44 pages of profiles, headed "527 UGC creators available". A "Select creators to get a quote" basket gates the proposal form until at least two creators are picked.

  4. Fully managed production

The vendor states it handles creator matching, scripts, filming, editing, feedback rounds, deadlines and replacements; the brand picks the faces and approves the output.

  5. Hook variations bundled for A/B testing

"Each video comes with up to 2 hook variations for A/B testing." The advertised 10 / 20 / 32 "ads" per package are hook variants of 5 / 10 / 16 base videos.

  6. 12-month ad usage rights on every package

All three package cards list "12-month ad usage rights"; the homepage FAQ extends that to paid and organic channels including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

  7. Named client case studies

Eight case studies named on the homepage carousel and in the footer: Anyfin, Eurohostel, GoMore, Olo-apteekki, Apobase, Orion, Herboxa and Vittuilupuhelin, several in regulated categories (online pharmacy, pharmacy skincare, vitamins, fintech). The result figures (+210% CTR for GoMore, 12x ROAS for Herboxa, €0.07 CPC for Eurohostel) are the vendor's own and unaudited.

  8. White-label B2B testimonial line

A page at /b2b, published only in Finnish and absent from the site's navigation and footer though listed in sitemap.xml, sells a separate "TRIPLE PROOF" package: 3 B2B reference videos, white-label, €2,950 ex-VAT, delivered 72h from filming, with a vendor-suggested end-client resale price of €4,500+.

  • Nordic DTC and e-commerce brands that need genuine Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish speaking creators rather than English-language or dubbed content
  • Buyers who want a campaign price before the sales call instead of a bespoke quote
  • Regulated categories — online pharmacy, pharmacy skincare, vitamins and fintech are where its published case studies sit
  • Teams with no in-house production that want briefing, casting, filming and editing handled by one vendor on one invoice
  • Finnish web and marketing agencies looking for a white-label testimonial-video supplier (the separate €2,950 /b2b package)

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone testing with one or two videos — the smallest published package is €2,400 for 5 videos, versus per-video vendors like Billo or Speekly
  • Buyers who expect to check out or even submit a brief without a call: the package CTA opens a calendar booking modal, and the quote form will not open until you have shortlisted two creators
  • Brands needing creators outside the Nordics — the roster is built around four countries, where Influee and Collabstr reach globally
  • Teams that need perpetual or multi-year usage rights, or a signed licence up front; the published grant is 12 months and the only legal document on the site is a privacy policy
  • Buyers who need many distinct concepts fast — the top package is 16 base videos at a stated ~4-6 weeks
  • Anyone who requires third-party reviews or a VAT-inclusive quote before committing

Pros

  • Publishes complete package prices and per-video unit rates on the homepage, which is uncommon for a managed UGC service
  • Nordic-language specialisation: native Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish speakers rather than English-language or dubbed content
  • 12-month ad usage rights across paid and organic channels are bundled into every package with no separate rights fee
  • Scripts, creator matching, filming, editing, subtitles and one revision round are all included; no per-item add-on price list is published
  • Names eight clients (Anyfin, Eurohostel, GoMore, Olo-apteekki, Apobase, Orion, Herboxa, Vittuilupuhelin) with per-case metrics rather than anonymous testimonials
  • Lets buyers browse and shortlist named creators with language, gender and age filters before requesting a quote
  • Publishes a creator-side rate card ("Typical: €150-300 per UGC package", "Bigger projects: €300+"), which most managed agencies keep private

Cons

  • Three different entry prices on one site: the package cards start at €2,400, the English hero says "Campaigns typically €2,800–7,500", and the site's static meta and Open Graph descriptions — served on every route including /en — still advertise "Hinnat alk. 290€/video", a figure no package matches
  • The Finnish homepage FAQ, which the site also emits as FAQPage structured data, prices the entry package as "2400€ / 10 videota" (10 videos), contradicting the card on the same page that sells €2,400 as 5 concepts
  • The creator count contradicts itself on a single page: the hero renders "527+" in both languages while a section below hard-codes "523+"; the /en/creators title tag says "523+ Creators" above a header reading "527 UGC creators available"; and a card inside that directory offers to "Open the full 1000+ vetted creators list"
  • The "not American influencers pretending to know Scandi vibes" claim is undercut by its own public directory, whose first page lists creators in India, Italy and the United Kingdom — and whose location data is visibly unreliable, with one creator in "Nokia, Sweden" and another in "Salo, United States", both Finnish towns
  • €2,400 buys 5 pieces of distinct footage, not 10 videos — the "10 ads" are the 5 videos plus hook variations, and the site qualifies hooks as "up to 2"
  • Only one revision round per video, and creator replacement is offered only if the creator "completely misses the brief"
  • No terms of service or licence document exists — the 12-month usage grant lives only in a card bullet and an FAQ line, and the same FAQ answer also says "You own the content", which a 12-month licence is not
  • No VAT basis is stated next to any of the three UGC package prices; the only "alv 0 %" (ex-VAT) marking on the site is on the Finnish /b2b page, so a Finnish buyer cannot tell whether 25.5% ALV sits on top of €2,400
  • Not self-serve despite published prices: each package's "Get an offer" button opens a "Book a Call" modal wrapping a Google Calendar scheduler, and the separate quote form at /proposal redirects to the homepage until you have shortlisted two creators
  • Turnaround is stated five different ways on the English homepage — 2 weeks, 2-3 weeks, 2-4 weeks, 2-6 weeks and the cards' own ~2-3 / ~3-4 / ~4-6 weeks — and the Finnish page states the same section as 2-4 weeks where the English says 2-6
  • The site is a client-rendered SPA built on Lovable/GPT Engineer with 2,652 bytes of raw HTML, and the English homepage ships unrendered template placeholders: "led by {name}, a Finnish creator with {followers} followers", with several other strings left in Finnish
  • The founder's reach is stated two ways: the Finnish homepage says "yli 150 000 seuraajaa" (150,000+ followers), the English creator page says "100K+ followers"
  • No independent reviews could be checked: Trustpilot's Finnish site returns a not-found page for the domain, its US site served a bot-verification wall, and a G2 search returns zero results
  • Case-study metrics (+210% CTR, 12x ROAS, €0.07 CPC, 10M+ views) are self-reported with no methodology or audit

All prices above were read on 2026-09-20 off the rendered English and Finnish homepages and the /b2b page. The site is a client-rendered SPA — the raw HTML is 2,652 bytes and contains no prices, so they exist only after JavaScript runs; the nav's "Pricing" item is a button with no href that scrolls to the homepage cards, and sitemap.xml (31 URLs) confirms there is no separate pricing page. The vendor contradicts itself on price in four places. (1) The package cards start at €2,400, but the English hero directly above them reads "Campaigns typically €2,800–7,500" — a floor €400 above the cheapest package — and the Finnish hero reads "UGC-kampanjat alk. 2400-7500 €", which has the right floor but the same ceiling €300 above the most expensive package. (2) The static index.html served for every route, /en included, carries a meta description and og:description advertising "Hinnat alk. 290€/video" (from €290/video); the same figure sits in the app's Finnish page-title dictionary. No package on any rendered page computes to €290 — the cheapest published unit rate is €450/video. We do not publish €290 as an entry price. (3) The Finnish homepage FAQ, which is also emitted as FAQPage structured data, says "Aloitus alkaen 2400€ / 10 videota" — €2,400 for ten videos — while the card on the same page sells €2,400 as five concepts. (4) Turnaround is stated five different ways on the English homepage alone, and the Finnish page differs again (see turnaround field). What €2,400 buys is 5 pieces of distinct footage, not 10 videos: the English card reads "5 videos + 5 hooks = 10 ads", the Finnish card reads "5 konseptia, joissa jokaisessa 2 aloituskoukkua = 10 mainosvideota" (5 concepts, each with 2 hooks), the same page qualifies this as "up to 2 hook variations" per video, and the creator-facing page defines "1 UGC package" as "1 main video (30-60 seconds)" plus "up to 2 hook variations". The Finnish cards label the unit "per konsepti" (per concept) where the English cards label the identical €480/€470/€450 "per video". No VAT basis appears next to any of the three UGC package prices — the only VAT statement anywhere on the site is the single "alv 0 %" on the Finnish /b2b page. Prices are published but the site is not self-serve: each package's "Get an offer" button opens a modal titled "Book a Call" containing a Google Calendar appointment-scheduling iframe, not a checkout or a quote form. The quote path is separate — the public creator directory has a "Select creators to get a quote" basket, and /proposal redirects to the homepage with the toast "Select at least 2 creators" until two are shortlisted. No volume discount beyond the three tiers is published. There is no free trial; the "free UGC call" is a 30-minute sales call.

Turnaround
Contradictory on one page. The package cards say ~2-3 weeks (Starter), ~3-4 weeks (Sprint) and ~4-6 weeks (Scale); elsewhere on the same English homepage the hero says "Ready videos in just 2 weeks", process step 3 says "Delivered in 2-3 weeks", the package intro says "we deliver ready-to-test videos in 2-6 weeks" and the FAQ says "Most campaigns are delivered in 2-4 weeks". The Finnish page states that same package intro as 2-4 weeks, and its title tag says "videot 2–4 vk". The separate /b2b testimonial package states 72 hours from filming.
Min. spend
€2,400 — the Starter package (5 videos delivered as 10 ad variants). No single-video or smaller purchase is published.
Usage rights
"12-month ad usage rights" is listed as a bullet on all three package cards, and the English homepage FAQ restates it as "All packages include 12-month ad usage rights across paid and organic channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). You own the content." The final sentence contradicts the grant — a 12-month licence is not ownership. No terms of service or licence document is published; the privacy policy at /tietosuojaseloste is the site's only legal page.
