What is Collabios?
Collabios is an Estonian-registered marketplace where brands search verified European Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and UGC creators, see each creator's published per-service rate, and book through platform escrow (the site names Stripe Connect as the escrow provider). It is free to browse and book: the brand pays a 10% marketplace fee on top of the creator's price, reduced to 5% on the €99/mo Pro plan and 0% on the €199/mo Premium plan, while the creator pays a flat 15% commission on every completed order. Its stated differentiator is EU disclosure compliance — Collabios says it applies the required disclosure wording and issues a compliance receipt based on the creator's tax residence (DGCCRF/ARPP in France, AGCom in Italy, CNMC in Spain, UWG in Germany, RSM Code/ACM in the Netherlands, UOKiK in Poland, ASA/CAP in the UK). The company states it was founded in 2025 by Ghassen Daoud and is operated by Lustrace Digital OÜ. No platform-wide creator count is published: each category page shows a stat labelled 'verified creators on Collabios' that is really that page's rendered count — 60 on the UGC, Instagram and TikTok pages and 44 on the YouTube page on 2026-09-20.
What can Collabios do?
Public per-service rate cards
Every creator lists their own price per platform and format before any contact — visible on the category pages without an account. UGC rates on the UGC page ran €50–€300 on 2026-09-20, median €80.
Subscription that buys down the marketplace fee
The brand-side take rate is a purchasable variable: 10% on Free, 5% on Pro (€99/mo), 0% on Premium (€199/mo), so high-volume buyers can compute an exact break-even.
Platform escrow with a 48-hour review window
The brand's card is charged only when a creator accepts (72-hour acceptance window). Funds sit in escrow — the site names Stripe Connect as the provider — and the brand has 48 hours to approve, request one free revision, or open a dispute, after which funds release automatically.
Per-country disclosure enforcement
Collabios says it injects the disclosure wording required by the creator's tax residence (#publicité, #pubblicità, #Werbung, #publi, #advertentie, #reklama, #ad-paid) into the brief and issues a compliance receipt naming the regulator. This is the vendor's own claim; we could not test it.
EUR-first settlement and reverse-charge invoicing
EUR is the primary currency with GBP/CHF/SEK/PLN/NOK supported; Collabios states it issues intra-EU reverse-charge invoices under Directive 2006/112/EC art. 196, with creator payouts by SEPA in 1-3 business days.
Free EU compliance calculators
The tools index at /en/tools lists 15 ungated tools, including an EU disclosure generator, an influencer contract generator, an EU VAT calculator, a Loi Influenceurs checker and an AGCOM Codice di Condotta audit. The pricing page describes this as '8 free EU compliance tools'.
Per-creator AI-discovery control
Creators can switch off AI-assistant discovery from privacy settings; Collabios states it then serves noai/noimageai headers and blocks named AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, CCBot and others) in robots.txt within one hour.
Manual verification at signup
Collabios states every Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and UGC creator passes manual checks on audience authenticity, engagement quality and disclosure compliance, plus payment-processor KYC, before appearing in search. This is the vendor's own claim.
Use cases
- EU brands that want to see a creator's price and location before making contact or creating an account
- Buyers whose main exposure is national disclosure law in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland or the UK and who want the wording and a receipt handled per creator
- Small first tests — a €50 UGC rate card plus the 10% fee is one of the cheapest documented entry points in this directory
- Agencies spending over roughly €2,000/mo on creators, where the €199/mo Premium plan's 0% fee is arithmetically cheaper than the Free plan's 10%
- Brands that need EUR settlement and intra-EU reverse-charge invoices rather than USD billing from a US platform
Look elsewhere if
- Brands that need paid-ads, whitelisting or exclusivity rights guaranteed in writing before booking — as of 2026-09-20 we found no platform-level usage-rights terms on the pricing page, FAQ, How It Works page or Terms — what the site states is that rights clauses are generated into each brief
- Buyers who need to vet a creator's full portfolio before hiring: individual profile pages were returning HTTP 500 on the day this record was written
- Campaigns needing creators outside Europe — the network is built around EU-resident creators and compliance follows their tax residence
- High-volume buyers who need a demonstrable catalogue: no platform-wide creator count is published and the visible UGC pool was 60 profiles
- Teams wanting AI-generated video or a self-serve generation tool — Collabios books human creators only
- Anyone who needs a fully managed service with scripting, casting and edits done for them (Twirl, MiniSocial or Icon fit that brief)
Collabios pros and cons
Pros
- Both sides of the take rate are published — 10%/5%/0% for the brand and a flat 15% for the creator — rather than only the brand-facing number
- Creator prices are public before contact, so a campaign can be costed from the browse page without signing up
- Genuinely cheap to start — €0/mo plus a €50 UGC rate card and a 10% fee makes a first test about €55, with no published platform minimum
- The 0% Premium tier gives high-volume buyers a fee ceiling they can compute against, rather than an opaque percentage
- Disclosure-law handling is documented per creator tax residence (FR/IT/ES/DE/NL/PL/UK) with named regulators and hashtags, rather than a generic compliance claim — though it is the vendor's description of its own process, not something a buyer can verify before signing up
- Escrow only charges the card after a creator accepts, and an unaccepted order expires in 72 hours with no charge
Cons
- Every individual creator profile page returned HTTP 500 on 2026-09-20 — /en/cam, /en/kevintrombin, /en/selin, /en/rorry, /en/saturne and /en/ugcania all failed on repeat checks, as did /en/creators, /en/browse, /en/for-creators, /en/register and /en/affiliate, while category, pricing and legal pages rendered normally. You can see a creator's price on the listing page but cannot open their portfolio, packages or reviews
- No default usage-rights terms: no page we read states what licence a brand receives in a delivered video. Collabios says its brief generator inserts 'usage duration, territory, image rights' clauses per national IP law, but the scope is set per order and no platform-level default is published
- Combined take rate is high on the entry plan — 10% from the brand plus 15% from the creator is up to 25% of transaction value on the Free tier
- The paid tiers only pay for themselves above roughly €2,000/mo of creator spend (our arithmetic from the published fee rates); below that they cost more than the Free plan's 10% fee
- Catalogue depth is unverifiable: no platform-wide creator count is published, the category pages render 60 profiles each (44 on YouTube) behind a stat labelled as a Collabios-wide total, and the UGC page's advertised €50–€2,500 range does not match the €50–€300 actually listed on it
- The Terms read as template boilerplate applied to an Estonian company: the IP clause invokes 'unfair competition laws of the United States' under a contract governed by Estonian law, and the Designated Copyright Agent is 'Singleton Unquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP... 825 W Georgia St Suite 1200' — a Vancouver address — spliced onto the Estonian one in the same line
- Buyer-side refund risk is real and unpriced: the Terms state 'All sales are final', that a buyer cancelling 'for reasons outside of Collabios's control, such as a lack of planning or organization... will be subject to a fee upon refund' without ever naming that fee, and that once the creator submits deliverables the brand 'may not receive a refund'. Refunds default to platform credit
- Only 48 hours to review delivered content before funds auto-release — a tight window for a brand that needs internal sign-off, and it sits against the 'all sales are final' clause
- Young and unproven: the About page dates the company to 2025, says EU VAT registration is 'pending', and no independent review profile could be verified (Trustpilot, G2, Capterra and Product Hunt all returned 403/404 to us)

Quick facts about Collabios
- Pricing

Prices read on https://collabios.com/en/pricing on 2026-09-20. The page defaults to monthly billing — €99 and €199 are the rendered headline figures, and the page title is literally 'Pricing: Free, Pro €99/mo, Premium €199/mo'. A 'Bill Yearly — Save 33%' toggle switches Pro to €66/mo and Premium to €133/mo (confirmed in the page's own plan data as priceYearly 66 and 133), and the page's Product schema gives the annual totals as €792.00 and €1,596.00. CONTRADICTION 1 — the pricing FAQ's arithmetic is wrong: it calls Pro yearly a '€1,188 total saving over 12 months vs €99/mo billing' and Premium a '€2,388 total saving'. €1,188 and €2,388 are the full twelve-month costs at monthly billing; the actual savings are €396 and €792. CONTRADICTION 2 — the homepage carries a 'No subscriptions' feature chip and the copy 'No monthly fees, no annual contracts, no representation commission', and the How It Works page repeats 'no subscription', while the pricing page sells two monthly subscriptions. The reconciliation is that subscriptions are optional and only buy down the fee, but the copy as written conflicts. CONTRADICTION 3 — the About page states the fee as a single figure, 'Collabios charges 15% per transaction with no upfront cost', omitting the brand-side 10% that the pricing page, FAQ and How It Works page all describe as a separate charge on top of the creator's price. CONTRADICTION 4 — market coverage is given four different ways: the pricing page's Free bullet says '9 EU markets', the homepage says '30+ EU countries', its stat block says '30+ Global Markets', and its FAQ says '27 diverse EU markets'. CONTRADICTION 5 — the UGC category page's stat band advertises a '€50 – €2500' price range, but the 60 UGC profiles it actually renders run €50–€300 (median €80). The Instagram page advertises €50–€2,500 and the TikTok page €50–€2,200 against actual maxima of €300 on both; only the YouTube page's €50–€2,400 band is borne out by its listings. CONTRADICTION 6 — the site FAQ states EU market UGC rates average '€250-€1,500 per product video' and uses '€500 Instagram post' and '€1,500 TikTok video' as worked examples, several times the €80 median and €50 mode on Collabios's own UGC listings. CONTRADICTION 7 — the Terms say 'All sales are final and no refund will be issued unless both parties... agree to cancel an order, or the Collabios dispute resolution team decides that a refund is justified', while the pricing FAQ promises a 14-day right of withdrawal and full refund on a first subscription payment; the Terms contain no subscription-refund clause at all, and the refunds they do describe are dispensed 'in the form of a platform credit' exchangeable for a cash refund. CONTRADICTION 8 — the pricing page and the creator FAQ both say '8 free compliance tools', but the site footer and the tools index at /en/tools list 15, and the FAQ's own enumeration names a 'TikTok Money Calculator' that does not appear in either list. CONTRADICTION 9 — the pricing page sells 'Advanced filters (age, ethnicity, language)' as the Pro upgrade, but the live search page exposes no ethnicity filter at all, marks only Age and Language 'Pro', and leaves Gender available without a subscription. CONTRADICTION 10 — How It Works contradicts itself on payout timing within one page: one passage says approval releases funds to the creator 'within 1-3 business days', another says approval moves funds to the creator's wallet 'within 48 hours, then to your bank account via SEPA in 1-3 business days'. Break-even arithmetic (ours, computed from the published fee rates, not a vendor claim): at monthly billing Pro only beats Free above roughly €1,980/mo of creator spend, Premium only beats Free above roughly €1,990/mo, and Premium only beats Pro above roughly €2,000/mo; yearly billing lowers those to roughly €1,320 and €1,340/mo. Below that, the Free plan's 10% fee is the cheaper option. No brand minimum spend is published on any page we read.

No third-party ratings found on Trustpilot, G2 or Capterra.
- Turnaround
- 5-7 business days from search to approved content, per the How It Works page: 72 hours for the creator to accept, production to day 5, a 48-hour brand review window, then payout 1-3 business days after approval (the same page elsewhere describes payout as 48 hours to the creator's wallet plus 1-3 business days by SEPA)
- Min. spend
- None published. The Free plan is €0/mo and the cheapest observed booking is a €50 UGC rate card plus the 10% brand fee (about €55)
- Usage rights
- No platform-level default. No page we read states what licence a brand receives in delivered content; the homepage FAQ only notes that a creator's rate depends on the 'rights package (organic use, paid use, exclusivity)', and the site FAQ says the brief contract carries 'compliance clauses pre-integrated... (usage duration, territory, image rights per applicable national IP law)' — so scope is set per order in the brief rather than published. The Terms run the other way on user-posted material: the 'Contribution License' grants Collabios an 'unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide' sublicensable licence over Contributions posted to the Site, 'including, without limitation, your image and voice', with moral rights waived — while a following clause states 'We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership'. Read on https://collabios.com/en/terms, https://collabios.com/en/faq and https://collabios.com/en
Frequently asked questions
Browsing and booking are free: the Free plan is €0/mo and Collabios charges the brand a 10% marketplace fee on top of the creator's listed price. Pro is €99/mo (€66/mo billed yearly, €792/year) and drops the fee to 5%; Premium is €199/mo (€133/mo billed yearly, €1,596/year) and drops it to 0%. Monthly is the page's default view. Read on the pricing page on 2026-09-20.
The creator's own rate card plus the brand fee. On the UGC category page on 2026-09-20 the 60 listed creators priced between €50 and €300, with a median of €80 and 23 of them at €50. On the Free plan a €50 video costs about €55 all-in; a €150 video about €165. The creator separately pays Collabios a 15% commission out of their listed price.
By our arithmetic on the published fee rates, Pro (€99/mo, 5% fee) only beats the Free plan above roughly €1,980/mo of creator spend, and Premium (€199/mo, 0% fee) only beats Pro above roughly €2,000/mo. Billed yearly those thresholds fall to about €1,320 and €1,340/mo. Under that, stay on Free.
Not as a platform-level default we could find: as of 2026-09-20 we read the pricing page, FAQ, How It Works page and Terms and found no buyer-side usage-rights or content-licence terms in them. The homepage notes that a creator's rate depends on the 'rights package (organic use, paid use, exclusivity)', and the FAQ says the brief contract includes usage-duration, territory and image-rights clauses — which means you must agree the actual scope directly with the creator in the brief before booking.
Collabios states a typical lifecycle of 5-7 business days: the creator has 72 hours to accept, produces and submits by around day five, and the brand then has 48 hours to approve, request one free revision, or open a dispute. If the brand does nothing within 48 hours, funds release automatically.
Not on 2026-09-20. Prices, niches and locations render on the category pages, but every individual creator profile URL we tried — /en/cam, /en/kevintrombin, /en/selin, /en/rorry, /en/saturne, /en/ugcania — returned HTTP 500 on repeated checks, so portfolios and package details were unreachable. Worth re-testing before committing budget.
Collabios charges creators a flat 15% commission on their listed price, taken only when an order completes, so a creator keeps 85% regardless of the brand's plan. Joining and listing are free and there is no creator subscription. The site describes payout two ways on the same How It Works page — 'within 1-3 business days' after approval in one passage, and 48 hours to the Collabios wallet then 1-3 business days by SEPA in another.
Lustrace Digital OÜ, an Estonian company registered at Männimäe/1, Pudisoo küla, Kuusalu vald, Harju maakond, 74626, with Estonian Business Registry number 16948107. The About page says Collabios was founded in 2025 by Ghassen Daoud and that EU VAT registration is pending. Estonian law governs the Terms, though the Terms' IP clause cites United States unfair-competition law.
