Hyred is a Dutch UGC marketplace where a brand posts a paid task, screened creators apply to it, and the brand picks one from the applicants. Pricing is a flat fee per finished video set by video length — €79 for 15 seconds, €99 for 30 and €119 for 60 — with hooks, photos and editing sold as separate add-ons and no monthly fee. Both terms documents name the operating entity as Hyred media VOF, a Dutch general partnership, with KvK number 87975351 and an address at Scheiweg 26, Gemert; the storefront runs in twelve languages but the product is Dutch-first. The homepage headline of 53,481 creators is not a count of Hyred's creator base: the page builds that number by adding a fixed constant compiled into the site to the live figure its own public API returns, and on 20 September 2026 that API returned 11,335 creators across the same 18 countries (see pricing notes). Hyred also sells a separate managed product, Hyred Agency Services, governed by different terms, carrying a different rights regime and no published price. The only date Hyred publishes is in its homepage FAQ structured data, which says the platform launched in 2022; no founding date appears in the visible page copy or on the About page.

Capabilities

What can Hyred do?

  1. Itemised public price list

Base price is set purely by video length (15s €79, 30s €99, 60s €119) with hooks, photos and editing priced as separate published line items — more granular than most platforms in this category, which quote one blended per-video rate.

  2. Creators apply to your brief

You post a paid task and screened creators submit applications; Hyred's homepage states applications arrive within 24 hours and shows match percentages and creator ratings. You select from applicants rather than cold-outreaching to a directory.

  3. Funds held until the task completes

Hyred's pricing FAQ states payment upfront is a commitment signal, that Hyred holds the money and releases it only when the assignment is finished, and that you can cancel for a full refund at any point before you approve a creator.

  4. Raw files always included

The pricing FAQ states you always receive the loose clips (raw content) at no extra charge; if you also buy editing, you get the edited cut plus the raw clips.

  5. In-house editing as a paid add-on

Editing is a separate Hyred service from €79 covering trimming, subtitles, music, transitions and brand styling, with unlimited revisions as long as requests stay inside the brief.

  6. IP transfer on self-serve orders

The Platform Terms state the brand acquires all right, title and interest in the content's intellectual property, with the creator's moral rights waived — matching the pricing page claim "Alle rechten - geen extra fees!". This does not apply to managed Agency Services orders.

  7. Twelve-language storefront, Dutch operating company

The site runs in English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Czech, Finnish, Swedish and Danish. Every page footer publishes KvK number 87975351, VAT number NL864464629B01 and a Gemert address; the terms name the entity as Hyred media VOF.

  • Dutch and Benelux brands that want local-language creators and a Dutch invoicing entity
  • Buyers who want to know the exact cost before signing up — the self-serve price list is fully public and itemised
  • Small tests — there is no stated minimum order, so a single 15-second video at €79 is a valid purchase
  • Brands that want outright IP ownership of self-serve content rather than a time-limited licence
  • Teams happy to edit in-house, since raw clips ship free and editing is optional

Look elsewhere if

  • Buyers who need the managed service priced in advance — Agency Services carries no published rate and only a 12-month content licence
  • Anyone relying on the advertised performance guarantee, which is stated at two different values and does not appear in the Refund Policy
  • Brands that need creators outside the Netherlands at scale — Hyred's own API reported 238 creators in the United States and 12 in Australia against 6,215 in the Netherlands on 20 September 2026
  • Buyers who want finished, edited ads at the headline price, since editing adds €79+
  • Teams that require third-party review evidence before onboarding a vendor — none is verifiable
  • Buyers who need to budget gross — no page states whether the prices include Dutch VAT

Pros

  • Full per-video price list is public and broken out by length, with separate published rates for hooks (€24), photos (€15) and editing (from €79) — most competitors publish one blended number or none at all
  • No subscription, no monthly platform fee and no separate usage-rights fee on self-serve orders
  • You can cancel before approving a creator; the pricing page promises a full refund and the Refund Policy allows it within 180 days of creating the task
  • Raw clips are included at no extra cost whether or not you buy editing
  • Self-serve orders transfer IP ownership to the brand outright under the Platform Terms, rather than licensing it for a term
  • The 4-plus-1-free volume deal is published on the pricing page rather than negotiated case by case
  • Registered Dutch entity with KvK number, VAT number and street address printed on every page

Cons

  • The headline creator count is constructed, not counted: the homepage shows 53,481 across 18 countries, but the page's own public API (hyred.com/api/home-country-counts) returned 11,335 for those same countries on 20 September 2026, and the site adds a fixed constant of 42,146 to the API figure before displaying it
  • The homepage price calculator understates cost: it adds only €24 for each video after the first instead of the list price, so 2× 30-second videos plus editing shows as €202 against €277 on the price list, and 5× 60-second videos plus editing shows as €294 against €674
  • The performance guarantee is advertised at 50% on the pricing page and 100% on the homepage, and appears in neither form in the binding Refund Policy
  • The Refund Policy frames every approved remedy as "a credit, a discount code to the value of your task, or a refund" without saying who picks, so the "volledige refund" promised on the pricing page is not guaranteed to arrive as cash
  • "All rights included" applies only to self-serve platform orders; under the Agency Terms the managed service keeps ownership with Hyred and grants the brand a 12-month licence that expires, after which the brand must stop using the content and pull live placements unless it pays to renew — and no marketing page flags this split
  • In exchange for the IP transfer, the brand grants Hyred a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable licence to use, edit and reformat the content for marketing and promotion of the brand and/or Hyred; removal is only available on written request
  • Turnaround is stated four different ways across Hyred's own pages — 5 days, 7 days, 7–10 days in marketing, and 14 days from the creator receiving the product in the binding Platform Terms
  • Editing is a separate add-on from €79, so a single finished, edited video costs €158–€198 rather than €79–€119, and the pricing page never says whether that fee is per video or per order
  • The pricing page never states whether the €79/€99/€119 figures include or exclude 21% Dutch VAT, and the Platform Terms do not mention tax
  • No verifiable independent reviews — Trustpilot, G2 and Capterra all returned 403 to direct requests, and no rating could be confirmed
  • The managed Agency Services tier has no published price anywhere on the site

All prices read on https://hyred.com/nl/prijzen on 2026-09-20 and cross-checked against the English page at https://hyred.com/pricing, which lists identical EUR amounts (€79 / €99 / €119, hooks €24, photo €15, editing from €79); the same three prices also appear as schema.org Offer objects in the pricing page's structured data. Neither page states whether the prices include or exclude Dutch VAT, and the Platform Terms do not mention tax at all. Hyred's pages contradict each other on five points. (1) CREATOR COUNT IS CONSTRUCTED: the homepage headline reads "53.481 UGC Creators" and its country table sums to exactly that. The page's own public API at https://hyred.com/api/home-country-counts returned 11,335 creators across the same 18 countries when read on 2026-09-20 (payload generatedAt 2026-09-19T22:50:05+02:00) — Netherlands 6,215, United States 238, Australia 12. The displayed table is that API figure plus a fixed per-country constant shipped in the site's front-end bundle (Netherlands +2,089, Germany +4,595, United States +553, Australia +188; 42,146 in total), which is how 11,335 becomes 53,481. Separately, the English pricing page footer says "53,411+ creators" and the Dutch pricing page footer and the creator page both say roughly 1,200 ("+1200 creators", "Meer dan 1200 creators gingen je voor"). Client count is "6541 klanten" on the homepage and "6.300+ merken" on the About page. All are self-reported and none are reconciled. (2) PRICE CALCULATOR: the homepage renders a calculator whose default state reads "2 video's van 30 seconden, + editing = € 202". By the published price list that combination is €277 (2 × €99 + €79 editing). The calculator's own script adds only €24 for each video after the first, so five 60-second videos plus editing shows €294 where the price list gives €674. Treat the pricing page, not the homepage calculator, as the real price. (3) PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: the pricing page promises "50% van je aankoopbedrag terug" if none of the first five Hyred ads outperforms your current ad, and its FAQ says "tot 50%" with a five-video minimum; the homepage guarantee block instead promises "100% terugbetaling" if a Hyred video underperforms your best Meta Ads Manager ad after 72 hours. Neither guarantee appears in the binding Refund Policy at /nl/terugbetalingsbeleid, which covers only cancellation before a creator is accepted (within 180 days), failure to ship your product within 14 days, and non-delivery within 30 days of the creator receiving the product. That policy also frames the remedy as "een tegoed, hierna een kortingscode van de waarde van je taak, of een terugbetaling" without saying who chooses, while the pricing page promises "een volledige refund". (4) TURNAROUND: 5 days on the pricing page, 7 days on the homepage, 7–10 days in the homepage and About comparison tables — and 14 days in the binding Platform Terms, clause 5.4.4.1, which gives the creator fourteen days from receiving the product before a penalty applies. (5) CREATOR PAY: the creator page advertises "Verdien tot €100 per UGC-opdracht" against brand prices of €79 for 15 seconds and €99 for 30; Hyred does not explain how the two figures reconcile. Also not on the pricing page: credit packs exist per the Refund Policy (refundable within 14 days only while unused, and task purchases made with them are never refundable), and the managed Hyred Agency Services product has no published price at all. Minor housekeeping: the Refund Policy still calls the company "Hyred.nl" and both terms documents give the support address as support@Hyred.nl, while the live footer uses support@hyred.com.

Ratings

No third-party ratings found on Trustpilot, G2 or Capterra.

Turnaround
Stated four ways across Hyred's own pages: the pricing page says "Geleverd binnen 5 dagen" and "5 werkdagen levertijd" counted from the creator receiving the product; the homepage says "Ontvang video's in 7 dagen"; the homepage and About comparison tables claim "Resultaat in 7–10 dagen"; and the binding Platform Terms (clause 5.4.4.1) give the creator fourteen days from receiving the product before a penalty applies.
Min. spend
No stated minimum order — one 15-second video at €79 is the smallest purchase. The 4-plus-1-free volume deal needs 4 paid videos (€316 at 15 seconds) and the 50%-back performance guarantee requires 5 or more videos.
Usage rights
Two different regimes depending on which Hyred product you buy. Self-serve platform orders, per the Platform Terms at /nl/algemene-voorwaarden (clauses 3.2, 5.5.1, 5.5.2.2, 5.5.4 and 5.5.6): "The Brand acquires all rights, title, and interest in all Intellectual Property Rights of the Content created by the Creator", described as an absolute, worldwide, perpetual transfer covering derivative works and re-licensing, with an irrevocable waiver of the creator's moral rights — consistent with the pricing page's "Alle rechten - geen extra fees!". In return the brand grants Hyred "a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, edit, and reformat the Content for the sole purpose of marketing and promotion of the Brand and/or Hyred", with the brand able to request adjustments or removal in writing. Managed Hyred Agency Services orders, per the Agency Terms at /nl/agency-voorwaarden (clauses 5.1–5.3): ownership stays with Hyred and the creator, and the brand gets only a worldwide, royalty-free, brand-exclusive licence "for a period of twelve (12) months" that "expires automatically", after which the brand must cease use and remove or pause live placements unless it agrees a paid renewal in writing.
