MightyScout is an influencer tracking, CRM and reporting platform for brands and agencies. It does not commission or produce content: it searches for creators, then monitors the ones you already work with and automatically saves their posts, Reels and Instagram Stories - including Stories captured before the 24-hour expiry - alongside hashtag and brand-mention media, into a downloadable library with exportable campaign reports. Multi-brand workspaces (2 to 10 brands depending on tier) and unlimited seats on every plan are aimed at agencies running several clients from one login. The About page says the company started in San Francisco in 2016 as an influencer discovery service and shifted to tracking in 2018, and names two co-founders; the company is MightyScout, Inc., its Terms name Delaware as governing law, and the privacy policy gives only a Las Vegas private-mailbox contact address, so no current headquarters is stated anywhere. Its marketing pages claim 'thousands of brands & agencies supported' - the vendor's own unaudited figure. Tracked coverage is strongest on Instagram and TikTok.

  1. Automatic post and Story capture

Tracked creator profiles are monitored 24/7 and their posts, Reels and Stories are saved automatically. The pricing FAQ states Stories are saved before they expire after 24 hours, and that creators do not need to authorise account access for brand mentions to be collected - though the same FAQ says impressions, reach and audience demographics do require the influencer to authenticate their account.

  2. Creator discovery with caps per tier

The homepage describes filtering by location, keywords and engagement across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube profiles; the pricing table adds lookalike search and fake-follower/audience checks. Monthly discovery volume is capped at 800, 2,400, 4,000 or 12,000 creators by tier, alongside 20-300 'credits/month' that the visible pricing page never defines.

  3. Multi-brand UGC workspaces

Each plan includes 'Unlimited UGC' capture for a fixed number of brands - 2 on Mini, 3 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 10 on Professional - which lets one agency subscription cover several clients. The pricing table marks this row Instagram and TikTok only.

  4. Hashtag and brand-mention monitoring

Hashtag and keyword monitoring is listed on every tier. The pricing FAQ says it picks up all Instagram media tagging your brand even when you have not specified which influencers will post, and calls this the Social Listening tool.

  5. Influencer CRM and outreach

Shared team inbox, bulk email sending, email automations and templates (the row carries Google and Microsoft icons), Instagram DMing, campaign invite forms and shareable influencer lists - all listed on every tier including the $99 Mini plan.

  6. Shopify and WooCommerce gifting

'Sales tracking', 'Product sending' and 'Link-click tracking' are listed on all four tiers. The pricing FAQ and each plan's structured data name the integrations as Shopify and WooCommerce, used to send products to creators and to attribute sales through influencer coupon codes; the table rows themselves do not name them.

  7. Exportable campaign reports

'PDF & Spreadsheet Reports' is listed on every tier. The /agencies page describes White-label PDF exports plus Excel and CSV, with built-in formulas for EMV, estimated impressions and agency-specific CPM; the pricing table lists 'Custom metrics' as a Growth-and-above feature, so formula customisation starts at $399/mo.

  8. Unlimited seats on every plan

All four columns on the pricing page are marked 'Unlimited seats', so cost does not scale with team size - unusual in this category, where per-seat pricing is common.

  • Agencies running influencer or PR programmes for several client brands who want them all under one login
  • Brands whose problem is tracking and reporting on creator content, not sourcing or producing it
  • Teams that want to avoid an annual lock-in — MightyScout's pricing page states month-to-month billing, cancel any time, with no minimum term
  • Instagram- and TikTok-first programmes that depend on Stories, which disappear after 24 hours
  • Small marketing teams on a sub-$500/mo software budget who still need seats for everyone

Look elsewhere if

  • Buyers who want videos made - MightyScout commissions nothing; a marketplace or production service (Billo, Influee, Twirl) is the right category
  • Programmes centred on Facebook, Pinterest, X or Snapchat: UGC capture is marked Instagram and TikTok only on the pricing page despite broader claims elsewhere on the site
  • Teams that need creator payments, contracts, rights clearance or paid-amplification/whitelisting in the same tool
  • Buyers who need audience demographics, competitor tracking or API access on a small budget - all three start at the $399/mo Growth tier
  • Anyone who requires a verifiable independent review score before purchase; we could not read one on any review site

Pros

  • $99/mo published entry price with all four tiers, their caps and their exclusions shown openly on one page - no 'contact us' wall
  • 14-day trial with no credit card, month-to-month billing and cancel any time, all stated on the pricing page; no annual toggle and no annual-billed headline anywhere on it
  • Unlimited seats on every tier, including the $99 plan, so cost does not rise with team size
  • Multi-brand workspaces (2 brands on Mini up to 10 on Professional) let one subscription cover several client brands
  • Automatic Instagram Story capture before the 24-hour expiry, plus hashtag and brand-mention monitoring, are included on the cheapest tier rather than gated
  • Product gifting and coupon-based sales attribution (Shopify and WooCommerce, per the pricing FAQ) are included from $99/mo
  • The About page names both co-founders and dates the company to 2016, and the privacy policy publishes a postal contact address, a phone number and a named DPO contact

Cons

  • 'Unlimited UGC' means unlimited capture of content creators have already posted, not unlimited commissioned video - MightyScout orders, pays for and produces nothing
  • The vendor contradicts itself on platform coverage across its own pages: Instagram + TikTok on the UGC row, Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Facebook on the creator-tracking row, 'Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube' in one pricing FAQ answer and 'Instagram and TikTok' in another, and 'across every platform' on the homepage and agency page
  • Competitor Tracking, Audience Demographics, Enhanced Media Analytics, custom metrics and API access are struck through on both Mini ($99) and Starter ($249) - audience data starts at $399/mo
  • No creator payments, contracting, rights-clearance or Spark Ads/whitelisting module appears anywhere on the pricing table or the feature pages we read; rights remain something you negotiate with the creator yourself
  • '20/60/100/300 credits/month' is never explained on the visible pricing page; only the page's structured data reveals they are discovery credits
  • The $749 Professional column's only button is 'Book a Demo', so the highest published price is not actually self-serve
  • A '30 day money-back guarantee' appears on the content-management feature page but nowhere on the pricing page, and the Terms of Service contain no refund, billing or cancellation clause at all
  • Reach, impressions and audience demographics require the influencer to authenticate their own account, per the pricing FAQ - so the headline metrics are not available for every tracked creator by default
  • MightyScout markets '4.7 out of 5 on G2 & Capterra' on its own pages with no review count; G2, Capterra and Trustpilot each returned HTTP 403 to us on 2026-09-20, so no third-party score is published in this record
  • Creator profiles are built from publicly available data without creator opt-in (privacy policy, section 10); influencers must email or verify a social handle to request deletion

All four prices ($99 / $249 / $399 / $749) were read on mightyscout.com/pricing on 2026-09-20. They are monthly list prices: the page has no annual/monthly toggle, no struck-through monthly figure and no annual discount, and each plan's Product structured data repeats the price with unitText MONTH. The only occurrence of the word 'annual' on the page is the FAQ line 'we don't believe you should be locked into an annual contract'. The page states '14-day free trial', 'No credit card required', 'Month-to-month' and 'Cancel any time'. WHAT 'UNLIMITED UGC' MEANS: unlimited capture and download of content creators have already posted, across a capped number of brand workspaces (2/3/5/10) - not unlimited commissioned video. CONTRADICTION 1 (platform coverage): the 'Unlimited UGC' row carries Instagram and TikTok icons only; the 'Creator Tracking' row on the same card carries Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook; the pricing FAQ answers one question with 'Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube' and another with 'influencers on Instagram and TikTok'; and the homepage and /agencies both say 'across every platform'. The page's own structured data splits it a fourth way - discovery across Instagram/TikTok/YouTube, tracking across Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Facebook, UGC across Instagram/TikTok. CONTRADICTION 2 (refund): /influencer-content-management says 'Try us - risk free with a 30 day money-back guarantee' and 'For agencies, we offer flexible pricing to help with volume variability'; neither the guarantee nor any agency/volume pricing appears on /pricing, and the Terms of Service (effective 6 May 2025) contain no refund, billing or cancellation clause at all. OTHER: the '20/60/100/300 credits/month' line is never defined on the visible pricing page - only the structured data calls them 'Discovery credits per month'. The $749 Professional column's only call to action is 'Book a Demo' (href /book-demo) while the other three link to /signup, so the top published price is not self-serve. No overage or add-on pricing is published for exceeding the creator-tracking caps (40/100/200/400), and nothing above $749 or any enterprise tier is listed. NO HEADQUARTERS IS STATED: /about says the company 'started in San Francisco, CA' in 2016 (an origin, not a current location), the privacy policy (last updated 27 May 2026) gives only a Las Vegas private-mailbox (PMB) address as the data controller's contact, and the Terms name Delaware as governing law - so headquarters is recorded as null rather than guessed from a mailbox.

Ratings

No third-party ratings found on Trustpilot, G2 or Capterra.

Turnaround
Not a production service - MightyScout captures content creators post rather than commissioning it. The /agencies page says every creator on your roster is 'monitored 24/7', and the pricing FAQ says Instagram Stories are saved before they expire at 24 hours. The same FAQ warns that for a campaign already under way, 'stories older than 24-hours won't be included since we can only track them before they expire'.
Min. spend
$99/mo (Mini tier). The pricing page states month-to-month billing with no annual contract; as of 2026-09-20 we found no minimum term or setup fee stated on it.
Usage rights
MightyScout licenses software, not content - it grants you no rights to creator media. Its /influencer-content-management page offers to 'Manage usage rights & content downloads for paid ads' ('Secure usage rights, then effortlessly download and repurpose content for ads'), and /agencies says the tool 'tags usage rights' alongside a creator's partnership history, i.e. it records rights you negotiate directly with the creator. The Terms of Service (effective 6 May 2025) contain no clause granting you rights to creator content; their only content-licence clause, section 6 'User Content', runs the other way - you grant MightyScout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to material you submit.
