What is Influentials?
Influentials is a Dutch creator-marketing marketplace where brands and agencies brief UGC or influencer campaigns, creators apply, and the platform handles agreements, messaging and payouts. Its Brand Terms name the contracting entity as Influentials Network B.V., Dutch chamber of commerce number 62101986, and set Rotterdam as the forum for disputes. It sells three self-serve tiers plus optional managed-campaign add-ons, and is unusual in publishing its take-rate next to its subscription price: a service fee of 19%, 13% or 10% is added on top of whatever cash reward the brand sets for each creator, with product-only campaigns exempt. Network size is a vendor claim and the vendor states it inconsistently: the homepage hero, the FAQ hub and the creator page say 13,000+ verified creators, the homepage 'By the numbers' block and the About page say 15,000+, and the Managed Campaigns page splits it as '13,000+ influencers and 2,500+ UGC creators'. Also self-reported: 500+ brands, 20+ partner agencies and 5,000+ completed campaigns, across 20+ (FAQ) or 25 (homepage) European countries. Creators join free and, per the vendor, are never charged a fee on what they earn.
What can Influentials do?
Published take-rate at every tier
The service fee charged on creator cash payouts is printed next to each subscription price: 19% on Per campaign, 13% on Single brand, 10% on Multi brand. The pricing page states product-only campaigns carry no service fee.
Campaign Wizard and creator applications
Brands build a brief in a wizard and publish it to the marketplace; creators apply and the brand selects from applicants. The comparison table limits the Per campaign tier to 'per campaign only' creator access, with 'always on' full network access from Single brand up.
Pre-built creator agreements
Standard collaboration agreements covering deliverables, timeline, payment and usage rights are sent in one click and signed digitally before content is produced. The Brand Terms note the brand may substitute its own agreement or purchase terms.
Automated creator payouts
Per the Brand Terms, Influentials invoices the brand on behalf of the creator and forwards payment once the brand approves the content; the Creator Terms say Influentials raises a self-billing invoice on the creator's behalf. Brands pay by iDeal or Visa on the entry tier, with invoicing added from Single brand up.
Both UGC and influencer tracks
The same platform runs UGC briefs (content for the brand's own channels, no follower minimum) and influencer briefs (creators post to their own audience), plus product-seeding campaigns where no cash changes hands.
Multi-brand agency workspace
The Multi brand tier adds a cross-brand dashboard, client Excel reporting and 10 seats assignable per brand, for agencies running up to five simultaneously active client brands.
Managed Campaigns add-on
Three tiers of done-for-you service — briefing only (from €350), briefing plus creator selection (from €525), or fully managed (custom) — layered on top of a platform subscription for the first two tiers.
Use cases
- European brands and agencies that want a marketplace where the platform fee and the take-rate are both visible before signing up
- Brands running one or two campaigns a year, who want to avoid a monthly subscription entirely (€0/mo + €299 per published campaign)
- Agencies managing up to five simultaneously active client brands who need a cross-brand dashboard and client reporting in one seat structure
- Buyers running product-seeding or product-only campaigns, where the pricing page states no service fee applies to the payout
- Teams that want the option to hand briefing and creator selection to the vendor at a published starting price rather than a bespoke retainer
Look elsewhere if
- High-volume buyers paying creators in cash — the 19%/13%/10% surcharge on every payout compounds and can outweigh the subscription saving at scale
- Brands needing creators outside Europe: the network is pitched as European, at '20+ European countries' in the FAQ and 25 in the homepage stats block, with creator applications open to the EU, UK, Norway and the US
- Anyone who wants AI-generated video — this is a human-creator marketplace; the only AI feature described is a matching engine that ranks creators against a brief
- Buyers who need contractual certainty on usage rights from the platform itself, since Influentials states it is not a party to the brand-creator agreement that grants them
- Teams that want to browse and cast the full creator roster before paying — full network access starts at €449/mo
- Buyers who rely on a third-party review score to de-risk a purchase; none could be verified for this record
Influentials pros and cons
Pros
- Publishes the take-rate (19% / 13% / 10%) next to each subscription price, plus a worked example (€1,579 for 10 creators at €100 on Single brand) showing how subscription, rewards and fee stack
- A genuine €0/month entry point: one published campaign costs €299 plus creator rewards and the 19% fee, with no subscription and no credit card to sign up
- Both the monthly and the annual price are on the page, so the annual-billed figure cannot be passed off as the monthly headline once you find the toggle
- Managed-service floors are published (from €350 briefing, from €525 brief-and-select) rather than quoted only after a sales call
- Product-only and seeding campaigns carry no service fee at all, per the pricing page
- Creators pay nothing to join and, per the creator page, are 'never charged a fee on what you earn' — the published fee sits on the brand side
Cons
- The subscription is only part of the cost — a 19% surcharge on every creator cash payout at the entry tier meaningfully changes the price of a 10-creator campaign, and it is easy to miss if you read only the €299 headline
- The site contradicts itself on whether a subscription is required at all: an FAQ page whose .md twin is stamped 2026-07-23 says 'you need a subscription to launch a campaign', while the pricing page sells a €0/mo per-campaign tier and a sibling FAQ says both options are available
- The annual-billing badge does not match the page's own numbers — it advertises '-15%' while the toggle's figures work out to 22% (Single brand) and 13% (Multi brand)
- The FAQ hub quotes the entry tier as 'starts free' with no mention of the €299 publishing fee, and quotes subscriptions as starting at €349/mo, which is the annual-billed rate rather than the €449/mo monthly default — the same €349 figure is repeated in the FAQ widget on the homepage and the UGC page
- The Brand Terms introduce a prepaid credits system with credits that expire after one year with no refund, and a transaction fee 'agreed upon in the Agreement' — neither concept appears on the pricing page
- The marketing promise of usage rights with 'no expiry dates to track' is not backed by the terms, and the vendor's own influencer page contradicts it: it says the creator agreement 'specifies exactly which channels you can use the content on and for how long'
- Influentials states in its Brand Terms that it 'is never a party in the actual Collaboration Agreement' where the licence sits, and its IP clause covers only platform IP and brand-supplied material — so the rights promise comes from a template, not from the platform's own contract with you
- Creator-payout timing is stated two ways: the creator page promises payouts 'within days of campaign approval, no 60-day delays', while the Creator Terms say Influentials will forward payment 'within 30 (thirty) days' of approval
- Creator-network figures are inconsistent across the vendor's own pages — 13,000+ on the homepage hero, FAQ hub and creator page; 15,000+ in the homepage stats block and About page; countries given as both '20+' and '25'; company age given as 2015 in one place and '6+ years' in another
- No third-party review score could be verified: Trustpilot, G2 and Capterra all returned 403 to our checks on 2026-09-20, so this record carries no rating
- Per-campaign tier cannot browse the creator network; you only see creators who apply to your brief, which limits casting control at the cheapest tier
- Entry-tier payment methods are limited to iDeal and Visa (invoicing starts at Single brand), which is awkward for buyers outside the Netherlands
- 'Cancel anytime' has a condition the pricing page does not mention: the Brand Terms say a subscription can only be terminated in the platform when the brand has no active campaigns

All prices above were read on https://www.influentials.com/pricings on 2026-09-20. MONTHLY VS ANNUAL: the page loads on the Monthly view (€449 and €749); switching the same toggle to Annually shows €349 and €649 per month. Both figures are in the page. The toggle badge reads '-15%' and the line beside it reads 'Save up to 15% with annual billing', but €449 to €349 works out to a 22% reduction and €749 to €649 to 13% — neither tier is 15%. SERVICE FEES: added on top of the cash reward the brand sets for each creator, not charged on the subscription or on the total campaign budget, and not charged on product-only campaigns; the page's own worked example is 10 creators x €100 + 13% (€130) + €449 subscription = €1,579. CONTRADICTIONS ON THE VENDOR'S OWN SITE: (1) The pricing page's trust anchor says 'Your first campaign is free' and its intro says 'Run your first campaign for free', while the CTA block and the on-page FAQ on the same page say you pay €299 when you publish a campaign. (2) The same page says 'No annual lock-in and no cancellation fees. Subscriptions run month to month' directly above a toggle selling annual billing; the Brand Terms (§10.1) state billing cycles are set 'either on a monthly or annual basis', and (§10.2) that a subscription can only be terminated in the platform when the brand has no active campaigns. (3) https://www.influentials.com/faq/do-i-need-a-subscription-to-launch-a-campaign (its .md twin is stamped 'Updated: 2026-07-23') states 'Yes, you need a subscription to launch a campaign on Influentials' — the pricing page sells a €0/mo Per campaign tier that needs no subscription, and the sibling page /faq/do-i-pay-per-campaign-subscription-or-both says 'You can choose between a subscription or paying per campaign, both options are available.' (4) The FAQ hub answers 'How much does Influentials cost?' with 'Pay-per-campaign starts free with a 19% service fee on creator spend' — omitting the €299 publishing fee — and 'Monthly subscriptions begin at €349/mo', which is the annual-billed rate, not the €449/mo monthly headline. The same €349 figure appears in the FAQ widget carried on the homepage and the UGC Marketing page. (5) The FAQ hub says new plans include 'a 14-day money-back guarantee', while the pricing page sells a free trial with no credit card and never mentions a money-back guarantee; the Brand Terms (§10.4) instead say refunds 'may be considered by Influentials on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Influentials'. (6) The FAQ hub says managed campaigns are 'quoted per project', while the pricing and Managed Campaigns pages publish floors of €350 and €525. (7) The Brand Terms describe a prepaid 'Influentials Credits' balance that assignments are set off against (§5.3), a transaction fee 'agreed upon in the Agreement' (§7.3), and credits that 'lapse after one year of acquiring, without Agency or Brand being entitled to a refund' (§7.3) — none of which appears anywhere on the pricing page. (8) The €0/mo Per campaign tier allows up to 2 simultaneously active brands while the €449/mo Single brand tier allows 1. (9) The About page says 'Influentials started in Rotterdam in 2015' while the homepage stats block says '6+ Years as Europe's market leader'. (10) The footer on every page reads '© 2026 Influentials B.V.' while the Brand Terms (§2.12) name the contracting party 'Influentials Network B.V.', chamber of commerce number 62101986. Creator rewards are always separate and set by the buyer; the vendor's own guidance on the pricing page is €50-€250 per creator on a paid campaign.
- Ratings
No third-party ratings found on Trustpilot, G2 or Capterra.
- Turnaround
- 7-14 days from brief to delivered content on UGC campaigns (Influentials' UGC Marketing page); the homepage says creators typically apply within a few hours and content goes live 'within days', and the influencer page says first applications usually arrive within 24 hours. Managed Campaigns are slower: the vendor states 3-5 business days for a brief, plus 3-5 days for a creator shortlist, and typically 3-6 weeks from intake call to delivered content on the Fully managed tier.
- Min. spend
- No stated minimum spend. The cheapest published route to one live campaign is €299 platform fee + creator rewards + 19% service fee on cash payouts; full network access starts at €449/mo
- Usage rights
- Marketing pages promise a lot: the UGC Marketing page says 'Every collaboration agreement includes usage rights covering paid social, organic social, website and email. No separate licensing, no expiry dates to track', and the FAQ hub says 'Every campaign ships with unlimited usage rights for paid and organic, with no per-post fees, no expiration, and no surprise renewals.' The vendor's own influencer page is narrower on the same question: the creator agreement 'specifies exactly which channels you can use the content on and for how long'. The terms are narrower still. The Brand Terms' Intellectual Property Rights section (§6) covers only Influentials' own platform IP and material the brand supplies; it grants the brand nothing over creator content. Influentials states (§3.1) it 'is never a party in the actual Collaboration Agreement between an Agency or Brand and Influencer' — that agreement, for which Influentials supplies a standard template the brand may replace with its own, is where the licence actually lives. The Creator Terms (§6.3) say IP in creator-supplied material stays with the creator, who separately grants Influentials an 'irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free, exclusive, non-transferrable and perpetual license' for Influentials' own marketing.
Frequently asked questions
Three self-serve tiers read on the pricing page on 2026-09-20: Per campaign at €0/month plus €299 for each campaign you publish, Single brand at €449/month (€349/month if billed annually) and Multi brand at €749/month (€649/month if billed annually). The page opens on the monthly view, so €449 and €749 are the headline figures. On top of any tier, a service fee of 19%, 13% or 10% respectively is added to the cash you pay creators. Creator rewards are separate and set by you; the vendor's own guidance is €50-€250 per creator on a paid campaign.
It is a percentage added on top of the reward you set for each creator, not a cut of your subscription or your total campaign budget. The pricing page says it covers automated payouts, payment tracking, creator invoicing and release-after-approval protection, and that it applies only to cash payouts made through the platform — product-only campaigns carry no service fee. The rate is 19% on Per campaign, 13% on Single brand and 10% on Multi brand.
The vendor answers this two different ways. The pricing page sells a Per campaign tier at €0/month where you pay €299 only when you publish, and the FAQ page 'Do I pay per campaign, subscription or both?' says you can choose between the two. A separate FAQ page, whose markdown version is stamped 'Updated: 2026-07-23', says flatly: 'Yes, you need a subscription to launch a campaign on Influentials.' Confirm with sales before planning around the no-subscription route.
Its UGC page and FAQ hub say every campaign ships with rights for paid and organic use, with no expiry and no per-post fees. Its own influencer page is narrower, saying the creator agreement specifies which channels you can use the content on 'and for how long'. The terms are narrower still: the Brand Terms' IP section covers only the platform's own IP and material the brand supplies, and Influentials states it is never a party to the collaboration agreement between brand and creator — which is where the licence is actually granted, using a template Influentials provides and that the brand is allowed to replace. If rights matter, read the collaboration agreement itself rather than relying on the landing-page claim.
It depends which page you read. The homepage hero, the FAQ hub and the creator page all say 13,000+ verified creators; the homepage 'By the numbers' block and the About page say 15,000+; the Managed Campaigns page splits it as '13,000+ influencers and 2,500+ UGC creators', and the UGC Marketing page quotes only the 2,500+ UGC figure. Country coverage is given as '20+ European countries' on the FAQ detail page and 25 in the homepage stats block. All of these are the vendor's own unaudited figures.
Nothing to join, per the vendor. The creator page states applying and joining are free and that 'Influentials never takes a fee on what you earn. Brands pay the platform separately.' Two details sit only in the Creator Terms: EU-based creators must hold a valid VAT number or they cannot join the network, and Influentials will forward payment 'within 30 (thirty) days' of the brand's approval — the creator page instead promises payouts 'within days'. The influencer track asks for roughly 1,000+ followers on at least one platform; the UGC track has no follower minimum. Applications are open to the EU, the UK, Norway and the US, reviewed manually within about 48 hours.
The pricing page says all plans include a free trial with no credit card required, and the Single brand and Multi brand buttons read 'Start free trial'; no trial length is given. Note three inconsistencies on the vendor's own pages: the pricing page's trust anchor claims 'Your first campaign is free' while its CTA says you pay €299 when you publish; the FAQ hub describes 'a 14-day money-back guarantee' on new plans, which the pricing page never mentions; and the Brand Terms say refunds are considered case by case at Influentials' sole discretion.
