UGC Pricing Benchmark: What 35 Platforms Actually Charge
Entry price, pricing model, and platform fee for all 35 UGC platforms we track, segmented by category, with the date each price was verified.
Across the 35 platforms in our directory, published entry points for human-filmed UGC start between $25 a video and $3,000 a project; AI UGC tools, between $14.99 and $110 a month. Most of the distance between those ends is not quality — it is what the price includes.
Method
Every figure was read from the platform's own pricing page, help center, or terms of service and verified 2026-09-02 — except Billo, Brands Meet Creators, Captions, Influee, Skeepers, and Upfluence, dated to September 2026 at month level. Reported and estimated rows mean the platform publishes no price; the figure comes from a named third party. We have not bought or commissioned work on any of these platforms; nothing here is a quote. How we score covers non-publishers.
AI UGC video tools: $14.99 to $110 per month
| Platform | Entry price | Model | What the entry plan buys |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vidnoz | $14.99/mo | Subscription + credits | 15 credits/mo, extras $2 each |
| Hedra | $15/mo | Credits | 1,500 credits/mo, no watermark |
| Topview | $16/mo annual ($29 monthly) | Credits | 960 credits/yr, ~640s Seedance |
| Synthesia | $18/mo annual ($29 monthly) | Subscription | 14,500 credits/yr, ~120 min |
| Shhots | $19/mo | Credits | 2,000 credits, ~3 ten-second videos |
| HeyGen | $24/mo annual ($29 monthly) | Subscription | 600 credits/mo, rollover one month |
| Captions (Mirage) | $24.99/mo | Credits | 500 credits/mo, digital twins |
| Zeely | $29.95/mo | Subscription | 2,500 credits/mo; placement adds up to 12% of ad spend |
| Creatify | $39/mo | Credits | 100 credits/mo; free tier watermarked |
| Reelfarm | $49/mo | Subscription | 100 posts/mo; 3 free TikToks first |
| MakeUGC | $59/mo | Credits | 500 credits/mo; $1 first month |
| Poolday | $99/mo | Subscription + credits | $200/mo in credits; homepage cites $5–$25/video |
| Arcads | $110/mo | Subscription | 10 videos (~$11 each); no free trial |
Ten of the thirteen start under $50 a month, so the subscription line barely differentiates. The metering does. Six are credit plans outright and most of the rest meter credits inside the subscription, so the entry price says little about how many ads you get: $19 buys about three ten-second videos at Shhots, $110 buys ten at Arcads. Only Arcads and Poolday document neither a free tier nor a trial. Full set: AI UGC video generators.

Where the published price and the real cost diverge
Four mechanisms account for nearly all of it, each documented on the platforms' own pages.
The sticker is contradicted elsewhere on the same site. JoinBrands lists UGC videos at "$25+," but its own help center sets the minimum for a classic UGC video job at $50 and pre-fills the builder at $60. The $25 is reachable only through a 100-post Blast package that "can't be refunded once purchased." Card payments add 3.5%.
The fee lands on the creator payment, not the sticker. Collabstr publishes both halves: brands pay 10% (5% on Premium), creators 15% on their payout, so a $150 listing carries roughly a 25% combined take. Influee's 10% turns a $100 creator fee into $110. Insense charges 7–20% by plan, Sideshift 3% payout processing, and Youdji 20% to creators instead of brands — the same fee, priced into the rate.
The subscription does not include the content. Influee at $229/mo, Sideshift at $299/mo, and Insense at $400/mo buy a creator pool and a workflow; month one is the subscription, plus a creator fee, plus the percentage on it.
Credits expire, or buy less video than you expect. Billo's Brand Terms expire packs twelve months after purchase (§5.2) and deduct a 25% administrative fee from a refund (§5.3), while its help center describes a broader refund right — resolve that in writing before funding a large balance. Clip's packs expire after a year, and Creatify, MakeUGC, Synthesia, Hedra, and Vidnoz all state monthly credits do not roll over. Metering can mismatch the ad: Arcads rounds videos up to a full minute, and Shhots charges 551 credits for a ten-second ad against a 2,000-credit plan.
Our rate calculator applies published multipliers to these rates; the pricing table carries the same figures and dates. Short version: how much UGC costs.
Eight platforms publish no readable rate card
Arcads, Aspire, Billo, Cohley, Paid, Sideshift, Skeepers, and Upfluence — eight of 35, unevenly spread. Four of six influencer platforms publish nothing, three of twelve marketplaces do the same, one of thirteen AI tools, and zero of four managed services.
Opacity concentrates where the product is a contract rather than an asset, and what travels with it matters: Upfluence requires a 12-month minimum with no month-to-month option, Aspire requires annual billing, and Cohley sells an annual commitment with a per-video cost nobody publishes. The number being negotiated is the term length, not the rate. It also widens the range: Aspire's reported entry spans $1,000–$2,000 a month, while Capterra lists $2,499 per user.
Per usable asset, the four categories are not comparable
AI tools that publish a per-video figure land at $5–$25 (Poolday) or about $11 (Arcads), asset included. Pay-per-video marketplaces run from roughly $29 all-in at JoinBrands' listed floor to $124 at Clip, usually with rights. Managed services are $167 to $425 per finished video, labor and license included. Subscription marketplaces and influencer platforms have no per-asset figure at all, because the subscription buys neither the creator nor the content.
Rights are the largest silent price difference; the mechanics are in UGC usage rights. Billo assigns worldwide IP for the full copyright term on approval (§8.1) and JoinBrands transfers rights in full on payment (ToS §3.4.1). soona, Clip, Twirl, Icon, minisocial, and UGC Shop include commercial rights in the price. Collabstr's default is the opposite: absent rights written into the order, you get a license to review the file and nothing more (ToS §11). Youdji prices ad broadcasting rights at $150 per order; Arcads, Topview, and Zeely publish no clear terms at all.
For ranked picks on this data, see best UGC platforms, for brands, and best UGC agencies, or the worked example in Billo vs Collabstr.
What this benchmark does not tell you
It does not tell you what you would be quoted, measure output quality, or rank anything. It is a snapshot of what 35 companies published in early September 2026, checkable row by row. One thing it does settle: a $99 video with rights is cheaper than a $60 video without them.
